Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-07
This Cookie Policy explains how TraveeZo Technologies Private Limited ("Lirel", "We", "Us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the lirel.ai website (the "Site"). This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. SCOPE

This policy applies to the lirel.ai website only. The Lirel iOS mobile application does not use HTTP cookies. Instead, the mobile app relies on standard iOS platform storage mechanisms (UserDefaults, Keychain, and on-device caches) to remember your session, preferences, and cached data. Information about how the mobile app collects and handles data is covered in our Privacy Policy.

2. COOKIES ON THE LIREL.AI WEBSITE

The Site may use, and may allow third parties to place, cookies (both session and persistent), pixels, tags, SDKs, application programming interfaces ("APIs"), and other similar technologies (collectively, "Cookies") that may collect and store certain information about you. Some Cookies are necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the basic functions of the Site, such as keeping you logged in to any authenticated web surfaces or remembering your cookie preferences ("Functional Cookies"). Other Cookies are used to improve your user experience, for example: • To personalise the Site by remembering information about your activity on the Site (such as the language you selected or your preferences). We may also use Cookies together with other automatically collected usage information to recognise a user across different devices, sessions, or browsers (including when they have not logged in) so as to deliver tailored information. • To perform non-essential website analytics, such as impression reporting, aggregate visitor reporting, interest reporting, and basic page-level interaction analytics (mouse clicks, scrolling, page-load timing) through selected third-party analytics providers. Where such providers record interactions, we take reasonable precautions to ensure that personal data is not collected in those recordings (for example, through masking of form fields). Website analytics is used to improve the Site and the Services. • To provide you with advertising or marketing communications more relevant to your interests, if and when Lirel begins running marketing campaigns (together, "Non-Functional Cookies"). Our use of Functional Cookies and Non-Functional Cookies is subject to geographic implementation as detailed below.

3. EU / UK SITE VISITORS

For individuals that access our Site from within the European Union ("EU") or the United Kingdom ("UK") ("EU/UK Site Visitors"), we use only Functional Cookies on the Site. We do not use Non-Functional Cookies on the Site when offering it to EU/UK Site Visitors.

4. NON-EU / UK SITE VISITORS

For individuals that access our Site from a jurisdiction outside the EU and UK ("Non-EU/UK Site Visitors"), we may use both Functional Cookies and Non-Functional Cookies on the Site. Additional information for Non-EU/UK Site Visitors specific to Non-Functional Cookies is set out below. 4.1 Interest-Based Advertising We may allow certain third parties to place Non-Functional Cookies on the Site to collect information about your online activities (such as pages visited on the Site and searches you perform) and, over time, across different websites you may visit. This information is used to provide advertising tailored to your interests from Lirel (via email, on our Site, and on other websites) and by third parties on other websites, also known as interest-based advertising, and to analyse the effectiveness of such advertising. We may also share one-way hashed information with third-party partners (e.g., advertising and remarketing networks) who may combine hashed information with other identifiers in order to serve Lirel advertisements on other websites or mobile apps based on your prior visits to the Site. Lirel neither supports nor endorses the goals, causes, or statements of any websites or mobile apps that display our advertisements. 4.2 Cross-Device Tracking We may combine information collected through Non-Functional Cookies and certain usage information from a particular browser or mobile device with another computer or device that may be linked to you (cross-device tracking) to optimise our Services and provide tailored Lirel communications and advertisements to you. If you do not want Lirel to combine such information for the optimisation of communications to you, please unsubscribe from Lirel marketing communications (for example, by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Lirel marketing email).

5. YOUR CHOICES

Please review your internet browser settings, typically under the "Help" or "Settings" sections of your browser, to exercise the choices you have for Functional and Non-Functional Cookies. If you disable or delete certain Functional or Non-Functional Cookies in your browser settings, you may not be able to access or use important functions or features of the Site, and you may be required to re-enter your preferences on each visit. You may need to make such choices on each browser and device you use to exercise choice regarding Functional and Non-Functional Cookies.

6. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
